Returns are free. To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be sent to our facility within 30 days of delivery date.

Refunds require proof of purchase: the shipping confirmation email or the original credit card used for the purchase.

Love Local provides only standard shipping. Standard shipping is 3-8 business days with free shipping over purchases over $60.
